Understandably, there is often resistance, with concern about a loss of independence. At the same time, there usually is a need to proactively ensure that they are in a safe environment with care on hand.
Beauty Point is the perfect stepping stone for ageing parents who may or may not immediately need care, yet still want to feel in control of their life.
The care available can be adapted and increased as needed, delivered ‘in place’, making further moves less likely in the future.
Moving into Beauty Point doesn’t mean your loved ones are losing any independence. Far from it.
They can maintain their connections with friends and family who have the freedom to visit and even stay over in their apartment.

Beauty Point is one of the few places in NSW with the same regular onsite staff, rather than a long list of irregulars who also service other places.
Along with these management, housekeeping, security and maintenance staff, we have a wide range of medical professionals available, and we take a proactive approach to health and well-being.
Onsite medical staff, 24/7:
- Beauty Point is the only retirement village in Sydney to offer an onsite emergency medical response team in the unlikely event of a serious emergency.
- Each unit is equipped with an emergency response call button.
- We have a medi-wellness centre giving residents access to onsite consultation and treatment by GPs, visiting specialists and Allied Health professionals.
We help keep residents active:
- We aim to keep residents active and engaged, maintaining their physical and mental health.
- We have a pool, spa, games room, and gym with gentle fitness programs delivered by a personal trainer, plus other social activities.
We help residents “age in place”:
- Beauty Point is an accredited Home Care Provider (HCP), and as such is able to provide additional care if a resident’s needs change.
- This alleviates the upheaval of having to make a move to different care accommodation, as we can bring the care to our residents, right in their own apartment.
When you visit our apartments, you’ll understand why we call Beauty Point a resort, not a retirement village.
They are light-filled and spacious with views and a balcony. Everything you could wish for.
The apartments have also been designed to offer complete privacy.
Some of our apartments have spectacular views across the Georges River and surrounding National Park without a neighbour in sight.
